| And trying multiple times over at all these numbers and leaving messages that I would not stop calling him until I received a tracking number for my return of my product, I was able to get a hold of him on his regular cell phone he gave me a tracking number for USPS that doesn't seem to be working yet, and claimed that USPS would not accept the plenum , and would ship it tomorrow. I asked him why allow this to esculate, he claim was that he had gotten ripped off by other customers and that he was doing this at near cost and in theory loosing money, and it was out alot of money (hinting to being thousands). I explained to him that I had fully paid him and had no balance and that should have not affected me. I asked him to respond to all those who have been trying to get a hold of him and atleast come to some kind of agreement as the case is still open. For those who said he is not a bad guy? Well honestly I do not think he meant this to happen but the road to hell as they said is paved with good intentions. Maybe he was just immature and unprofessional and handling the situation but still is not an excuse a business transcation is a business transaction. Ignoring a problem never makes it go away, it just grows bigger and bigger. I tried to be patient with him and let it slide, for over 2months or so, he had my product for about 6 months when it was promised to be returned to be around 6 weeks after it was received the rest of the time was silence and nothing but problems. For those who are like me and had to fine my way I did the following steps 1. shipped product
2. maintained contact
3. Paid for services
4. followed up on progress and delivery day
5. asked for delivery
6. lost contact
7. tried to recontact via email and phone left message to have product returned
8. left messages that I would start pursing legal action.
9. contacted SAP
10. left him message I had opened police report
11. requested my product be returned
12. called District attorney for SA, was advise to call FBI
13. Opened FBI report.
14. finally got in contact with him Even now I am willing to close reports if I receive my product, I know good people do stupid stuff. But I was not going to let myself by taken advantage of. Remember guys that this a forum where in theory we should help and support each other, not use as medium to take advantage of each other.
